How to download your photos
Woohoo!! You just received photos from me!!
It’s important to me that you have the highest quality version of your images. Figuring out how to download your photos when I send you your gallery can be a little tricky, so I made step-by-step instructions to help :)
There are 3 ways to download your photos

On the first screen you see when you open the gallery, click on the down-facing arrow. This will download the entire gallery! Once you receive your final gallery, you should download the whole thing at high resolution to your computer. Your gallery will remain live for 1 whole year, so please download in the first few months!!

Go through and use the heart button to favorite specific photos. It'll ask for your email so your favorites list is always saved and you can come back to it later. Once you add photos to your favorites list, go back to the main gallery page, and now the heart button has a blue/green dot. You can open your favorites and download all of those at once.

Click on the photo you would like to download, then click the down-facing arrow. You’ll enter your email address and select, “my computer” or “my device” if you’re on your phone. If you’re on your phone, the image will pop up in a new screen and you’ll hold down on the photo and select, “Add to Photos”
Full Gallery Download
Step 1:
Open your gallery link that I emailed to you & click “View Gallery”
Step 2:
Click the down-facing arrow in the top right hand corner of the screen to download.
Step 3:
Enter your email address. Pixieset won't send you junk or spam emails, this is so I can see who is downloading the photos.
Step 4:
Select the folders you would like to download. I selected, "Full Gallery" for this!
In a wedding gallery, you'll have getting ready, ceremony, reception, etc. folders, so you'll need to individually select those.
For portrait sessions, you'll have a highlights/sneak peeks folder that I send a few days after your shoot. These will be eventually be included in the full gallery, so you don't have to select that folder when you want to download your finished gallery!
Since you're downloading the full gallery, I'd select High Resolution so you have the best quality of the entire gallery!
Select, "My Computer" & then press, "Start Download"
2. Favorites List Download
Step 1:
Open your gallery. As you’re scrolling through photos, you’ll see three options: a heart, download, and sharing link. Click the “heart” button.
Step 2:
Enter your email address! This links your favorites to your account so you can come back to them later!
Step 3:
Scroll back to the top of the homepage of your gallery. The heart button in the top right hand corner now has a green dot on it, showing there are new photos added to your favorites list! Click on this button!!
Step 4:
Click the down-facing arrow to download all of your hearted images at once :) See Step 4 in the Full Gallery section if you have questions about download settings:)
3. Single Photo Download
Step 1
As you're scrolling through the gallery, click on the down-facing arrow on the photo you would like to download. These options will also be in the top right hand corner when you select a photo.
Step 2:
Enter your email address! Pixieset won't send you spam emails. This is so I can see who is downloading the photos. If you are downloading on the computer, your image will automatically download once you click, “Sign In”
Step 3:(If you are downloading on your phone)
Once you click “Sign In” on your phone, the photo will open in a new screen. Hold down on the photo and it’ll give you options. Click, “Add to Photos”
